the sound of the bass came pounding out of the club and everyone in line seemed to itch with the anticipating to be inside, feeling it pound through their chest. roxas knew he was ready for it, to let it take control of him and be the driving force while he tossed back shots. he was dressed sharply but not too much for the event. he knew wearing something too nice would be ridiculous -- he'd be pouring sweat before too long in the club -- but he still wanted to look nice; a navy blue button down shirt, black jeans, and a pair of white vans he had been gifted by his favorite shoe company... otherwise white would've been the last color he would've been wearing. he ran a hand through the hair he hadn't bothered to style, letting the sexy, 'just rolled out of bed' look naturally enhance his appeal as the line inched forward. he wasn't far from the front now, just a couple people.
suddenly, a small cluster of people walked by on the outside queue. roxas recognized one; the sharply dressed party boy that was often on the cover of magazines, calcifer hayes. the name was quietly being whispered all around in, in both shock and awe, and roxas smirked. some people with too much ignorance for their own good cursed him as he cut the line and walked into with ease. roxas could get away with that, as a frequent visitor and a youtube, but he loved drinking in the anticipation of the other people before partying. the few people in front of him got in and he handed his identification to the bounce. "dammit, roxas, you know you don't have to wait in line. and you damn well know i don't need to id you," the bouncer snorted, pushing the card to the side and letting the blond boy in. roxas laughed and slipped his card back into his wallet, patting the man on the shoulder as he walked into the building.
it was a slower song when he walked in, quieter. he recognized it as a don diablo song; perfect for his entrance. he smirked as he walked across the building to the bar, casually eyeing his surroundings for any sign of the infamous rich boy. unable to spot the man, he shrugged and turned his attention to the pretty raven-haired bartender. "can i get two vegas bomb shots, please, beautiful?" she smiled and nodded, taking the bill he handed her. a new song started, more upbeat and infectious. he cursed under his breath and turned to look at the dancefloor, bobbing his head and body to the music. as soon as he pounded these shots, he'd go out there with the rest of them. he sighed and turned back to the bar to wait for his shots.
